CNC-Electrical discharging machining
We use electrical discharging machining for manufacturing hardened materials like die plates and male die parts. We also apply it for manufacturing metal components, which cannot be produced conventionally, e.g. with milling.
When wire-cutting, we use a metal conductor working as an electrode to cut a programmed outline into your workpiece. It is an end-to-end cut, which can also run conical on top and bottom side by bending the metal wire.
